I experience the same problem, however sometimes my AMD Radeon Pro 5600M GPU works. It may be related to [this](https://github.com/nihui/waifu2x-ncnn-vulkan/issues/181) issue with [waifu2x-ncnn-vulkan](https://github.com/nihui/waifu2x-ncnn-vulkan) port by @nihui.
