Following getting started guide results in "Error: Unable to setup base domain mappings for <domain>" error

I had a similar error, in my case it required creating the certificate in `us-east-1` before deploying my application to a different region.

Is there any response on from Google on this? I'm looking at the Docs now and they don't even include a reference for the Forms API.

We also hit this issue but with a different type, in our case a `Buffer`.
