Boost moved boost/uuid/sha1.hpp to boost/uuid/detail/sha1.hpp

I modified es-core/src/Util.h es-core/src/Util.cpp es-app/src/scrapers/ROMHasher.h es-app/src/scrapers/ROMHasher.cpp but was unable to commit the change. FIX for Ubuntu 20.04 and newer releases of Linux Kernel and boost version 1.71
