"fatal error: 'librtmp/rtmp.h' file not found", multiple installs failed, Mac OS X 10.9,

I was having this problem because I was using the brew python/pip to install python-librtmp. After `brew install rtmpdump`, I used`easy_install` to install pip and then pip to install python-librtmp.
