+1 On my 13' mac screen it is quite difficult to see the slide content. Probably the ratio of current and next slide could be configurable.
I am not sure, where on the view would you like it to be placed? The current iOS Emoji keyboard also does not have any such button, so it might...
Are we planning a release soon? (with the fix for this issue) The [last release](https://github.com/jdg/MBProgressHUD/releases) was in Dec 2015.
