xmlReportDir does not work correctly with absolute paths.

using `xmlReportDir = "$buildDir/test-results/postman"` will generate the test results in $projectDir/home/username/projects/.../build/test-results/postman. thank you very much for writing this great plugin :)

wrong number of parallel threads when number of elements is relatively small compared to degree of parallelism

make device list private / hide device list

i think there should be an option to make my device list private. i think it's nobodys business which and how many devices i use.
