Had the same issue on Mac OSX, turned out it was a missing attribute, see here [https://github.com/cthackers/adm-zip/issues/177](https://github.com/cthackers/adm-zip/issues/177) e.g. `zip.addFile(name, content, comment, 0400);` (or any other requested attr)
