update-systemd-resolved failing to update DNS settings in Ubuntu 18.04

In my case I didn't have to flush the cache. Adding the `dhcp-option DOMAIN-ROUTE .` to my config did the work. Thank you! @servicecore-developer

Update. I tried the helm chart version 4.11.2, removed *all* the comments in the values file and it works now :) Thanks for the hints @D1StrX

Fix SQLite3 support by checking the Ecto adapter name
