Will be very handy and should not be difficult to implement. [pakku](https://github.com/kitsunyan/pakku) implemented it via the [PreBuildCommand](https://github.com/kitsunyan/pakku/commit/769413c9f01676658acd33fedd90c038335af835) support.

This adds an AOSP formatter to the Eclipse plugin.

Any help needed to make this merged?

Hi! Do you mean global scope? If yes - it is there already. But for adding new architecture you don't need global scope, simple line: `add#arch#armv6h` works perfectly.
