SPM : Cannot load as it says not a package

it works for ipad with Qrcode , when i change to barcode type 39 it is not able to scan iPadOS 17.4.1

Anyone having or facing this issue on ipadOS 17.4.1 ? open camera to scan works for iphone but it does not scan on the iPad....
