Live Share following in jupyter notebook can't be disabled and is enabled by default

Any update on this? Makes it very impractical to collaborate on notebooks with Live Share.

WSL2-Vmmem with Docker desktop will use 100% CPU for no reason after PC wakes up from sleep

Similar issue, have Docker running (with no running containers!) and vmmem will end up eating all of my RAM (32gb). Doesn't seem to use the CPU though. In some cases...
