how to get checks if image has started downloading and finished downloading?

Hi. I wanted to start loading animation when downloading has started and stop when downloading has finished. how can I get these checks?

WebImage doesn't always resize to its frame with ForEach inside List

im also facing this issue. images do not resize to the frame defined inside forEach.
