after digging deeper, i've notice something until commit [861e0e9](https://github.com/dataframehq/whale/commit/861e0e95c0d193f65122593359182dfac9644b0f) metrics working perfectly, whale will generate metrics when there is no metrics info in programmatic portion of the table stub. however...

any update for this? afaik, specs for env is IEEE Std 1003.1-2001 - any printable character but = and NUL is valid. so this issue should be treated as bug
