I couldn't build horovod with OneCCL, I tried horovod-master as well as as released version. Any update on this issue?

Yes, I had this issue, with networkx (2.x and greater), your change will work

Recommendation: GemmaTokenizer requires tensorflow-text package (Python 3.12)

Any update on supporting tensorflow text on TF >= 2.17
