Same problem here. Took me so long to figure out what was causing it and I finally discovered it was HideVolumeOSD.
Yes. It's working fine for deaths/collection log/non-allowlist loot, just thought I'd mess with the allowlist and noticed this bug. 
Ahh I see. Yeah my use case for the allowlist so far seems to be untradeable things that I deem "worthy" of being posted even though they don't technically meet...
Was just about to ask that yeah, I'll do that. Thanks!
