See title. Ideally, there should be some message about why it failed (duplicate puzzle name, duplicate puzzle url, duplicate slack channel etc)

Auto-populate puzzle title from URL

basically do a GET on the URL and get the page title -- might not be right all the time, but should be correct 95+% of the time.
