I have the same problem. Sphinx v. 4.2.0, breathe v 4.31.0

I see the same WARNING. Does this have any impact or is it safe to ignore?
btw.: The warning happens when you add a title to the needtable. Without a title, there's no warning.

actually I do get some issues when building a bigger sphinx-needs project with Sphinx 4.0.x and Python 3.6. But they do not seem to be sphinx-needs related. Maybe Sphinx did...
