i can make it but it requires temporary file to place the enc data, if thats not a problem i'll do pull request edit: ill find out to avoid that

Whatsapp has a default label, once you edit the label it will be emitted on `event.LabelEdit` and if you have edited before connecting to whatsmeow then it will be emitted...
