I'm just guessing, but could it be related to moving from zero-based to one-based array indexes in duckdb internals (and enum code still using the old way)?
PS: maybe you can use a union of two separate selects for now.

Hmmmm... I also run fedora, one system was fc28 the other fc29. Will try to test again soon.
