I think it would make more sense that the entity merging logic affects the results in the AnalyzerEngine instead of the AnonymizerEngine as it is currently in the code. Then...

@jmdu99 Can you provide the code you used for quantization and generation, to provide the maintainers more context to address this issue?

I have tried several versions of Gradle 4, including 4.7 which was used in an example project I saw. It unfortunately did not resolve the problem.
