Here are the edits that I made: 0. fixed indentation using cmd+I (sorry, now the whole file looks red!!) 1. added comments and updated variable names (see previous pull request)...

I also updated variables names to be consistent along with other variables as well as in the server.R e.g. info_file became infoFile. heatmap became heatmapFile

I also fixed variable naming to be consistent. E.g. info_file became infoFile. info_data became chk_info
