kernel panic on 4.9.0 for s7150x2

Hi, i've got exactly the same issue (same trace). Hardware is an HP dl380 gen8 and a s7150 x2. Os is Proxmox 5.4 (kernel 4.15.18-24-pve). How can i resolve this....
