@Andreagit97 occasionally, probably depends on that server load.
It works when Istio self-signs certificates, but apparently something's up when istio-csr with Vault integration is hooked up.
also have an issue with Istio on VM, seems that certificate is not being rotated. Any ideas why?

I have the same issue, that after upgrading 2 AlertManagers to 0.15.2 version, we're receiving duplicate alerts. Notable config: ``` group_wait: 30s --cluster.peer-timeout=1m ``` Tuning `cluster.peer-timeout` values to `15s`, `30s`...
Seems like tuning `--cluster.probe-timeout` up to 10s does not help.
