.dapple/.gitignore doesn't get pushed to remote repo

I suppose this is almost expected behavior, but the `.gitignore` file that gets created in `.dapple` doesn't go along to the remote repo when I push a change. this matters...

Add a last_trade member

Other contracts may want to consume market data that is currently only logged by events. For instance, @jbrukh wants to get the last trade info in one of his contracts.
