I had MimeKit installed, and that had reference to 2.0 .. removed it and now can compile

With Salesforce latest updates , we could not install ebikes .

I'm also facing this issue. With the latest Salesforce updates, I'm no longer able to install the eBikes sample app in a DevHub.
