目前`@apad/setting-panel 0.1.3`支持了数组类型

由于用了shadowRoot隔离了样式，tailwind本身打包出来的规则又很多，导致了一些重样式的网站出现了浮动按钮刚插入dom时样式不正常。之前有采用过监听css.onLoad，setTimeIntervat监听styleTree的items数量，监听w-[20px]的dom.clintWidth，均无效。之前的浮动按钮是用了单独的很小的less，现在改成了统一tailwind.css就出现问题了

从弹弹play/document.title 自动获取弹幕功能
