The guide is incomplete. Surefire does not pick up the tess in the attached jar on its own, it has to be configured to to so, and its provider autodetection...
An attempt to create comprehensive documentation about Maven Repositories, something that is missing very much.
The text says: > Using an SPDX identifier as the license name is recommended. But then doesn't use one in the example. I found this confusing.
