the problem could be clearText disabled by default in the v1.10.2 i run the following [fix](https://docs.meteor.com/packages/autoupdate.html#usesCleartextTraffic) to run HCP successfully.

Just to add on: once this is added you will bump into this `AttributeError: module 'collections' has no attribute 'Callable' ` Fix: import collections collections.Callable = collections.abc.Callable
