No, it's nothing wrong with the startup parameters. It does save the settings and the parameters are fine.
I also noticed some query issues on few servers. It sometimes shows them as offline for about 5 minutes and they go online status again, though they are always online.....
Could you update GameQ with the latest one from github? I can see a lot of recent changes: https://github.com/Austinb/GameQ/tree/v2 I tried tweaking the timeout but no luck so far.
