Bootsrap 3.3.7 and jquery are not working with ngFlowchart

bootstrap and jquery are conflicting with this plugin , is there any solution to use bootstrap with this plugin in angularjs 1.5 version ? Node connector are disappear in this...

in the case of 'replace' if additional text or line found in base text should be in " red" (deleted) instead of "yellow" (replace) and if additional text found in the new text should be in green not in yellow
