add universal path alias in webpack.partial.conf.resolve

Always wanted to add this to the skeleton. It is useful when you are deep in the folder structure. It's more powerful with typescript.

I see in angular-slidezilla.css the classes for the "vertical" slider but in the directive it hasn't got the implementation. Could you build it?
