Currently the containerization doesn't work `console.amazonaws.cn`. Would be nice to have this added

Support for translation to Italian?

I've tried `it`, `ita`, `italian`, `italiano` but it doesn't seem to work, from what I've read it should be supported based on [this](https://github.com/terryyin/translate-python/blob/5710e725754a7905cbf7c60182cefefe46b20f29/translate/main.py#L150). Am I missing something?
