Flip X/Y should work when there is a selection, not just when it's picked up with copy or move

I'm not sure if you're open to pull requests, but I've made changes according to clippy's recommendations, updated most of the dependencies and whatnot.

Support for blinking ANSI art

The recent Fire pack contained a piece by ResetSurvivor which took advantage of blinking text.
