@bhny I mentioned to Jason that the equipment docs did not currently include pass through equipment. He suggested some new items that I've added here.

Suggested by @margsuarez. Adds a Google Translate widget when the locale is not English. This [Locale Switcher](https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/locale-switcher/kngfjpghaokedippaapkfihdlmmlafcc) plugin is handy for testing.
