chef_user hits 400 errors whenever you try to update any user fields (email, display_name, etc.)

This appears to be fixed with chef-client v12.9.41 and chef-server-core v12.6

chef-server converge fails if new packages are found

Yeah the implementation was sloppy. We either need to lazy eval / change the method or refactor this into a custom resource.

[Studio] Friendlier message / recovery for left-over LOCK file

+1 just ran into this with a systemd running supervisor. Machine stopped ungracefully, stale lock file present, an xfs process assumed the pid of the old hab sup, hab thought...
