you have to add the validator plugin, similarly plugins for different features as well
you can achieve this by using query parameters
not with api but you can fetch historical balance from the balance plugin just update the balance of account for every transfer he does
i guess thats not a bug you can enable transfer or other psp22 functions in your contract by importing your contract as dependancy
