people that don't realize cfssl is a go program might have trouble figuring out how to install it from the pkg.cfssl.org link so I thought this doc should link to...

0.2.0 is the latest and greatest and lacks the new layout() function. please tag and release the new shiny stuff.

I don't see any issues or PRs for this and I don't see it in the main branch of the code but I'd like to see support for incident workflows...
