datepicker filter is now timepicker after updating to 5.4.22

Before updating, the date filter was a datepicker.  Now it is a timepicker and it doesn't open when clicking on it.

Do I have to create an empty bower.json file?

I wouldn't like to edit vendor files.

I have a different name for the status attribute in a table. It's not a good idea to change it right now.
