For the LCG stacks (dev3 with Gaudi-master) Gaudi started failing when moving from boost 1.84 to 1.85, same compiler etc, no other change I would consider relevant there.
Hi @dpiparo @lmoneta Can this still be considered for 6.32? Would be nice for the LCG stacks if we could go to the latest cudnn with cuda 12.4

pcre2 10.40 (as mentioned in #11395) already comes with a pcre2-config.cmake (https://github.com/PCRE2Project/pcre2/blob/pcre2-10.40/cmake/pcre2-config.cmake.in) file. Can that be used instead of adding FindPCRE2.cmake ?

Ahh, good point! Maybe we just too eagerly updated from the version we had, and we should just go to https://pypi.org/project/pydantic/1.10.15/.

No plan to update tensorflow at this point, so going with TF 2.16.
