Fatal: Read Error: Could not read or parse the JNLP file.

java.io.EOFException: Unexpected end of ZLIB input stream this is the issue. https://github.com/AdoptOpenJDK/IcedTea-Web/issues/602 was a similar issue... Looks like this is fixed in the version that OWS uses (different stream)
