Rough solution that works locally: https://github.com/3dmol/3Dmol.js/pull/546 Will require testing and probably handling of certain scenarios not accounted for before merging, but it solves the bulk of the problem.

@ssmartin I'm also still getting this on every build, and it's driving me nuts. Everything is working and the build runs just fine, I just consistently get that warning.

Same issue - Rails 3.2.12, Ruby 1.9.3. It occurs occasionally when doing a "step".
