AWS NLB - Proxy Protocol v2 NOT enabled in existing NLB created bythe ingress-nginx

I've just hit the same issue yesterday (proxy protocol not getting enabled, EKS 1.28). I haven't found a solution yet. However! I think this is a wrong project to report...
