This turned out to be a problem with the secrets in K8s. Because the secret store wasn't set up properly, the state store component (which the Basket Service depends on)...
Looks like Dapr still finds a component file that contains the RMQ config. Do you have the source available somewhere so I can have a look?
Dapr doesn't really prioritize. It simply loads all the component files it finds from the components directory. Your log entries only show Dapr finding the RabbitMQ component and then failing...
Is this still a problem with VS 2022?
