增加 nftset 配置项与相关代码，通过 libnftables 库将 ip 添加到对应的 set 中。解决 #681。

fix not setting auth_host and auth_port

If auth_socket is not set, the plugin doesn't try to set auth_host and auth_port (because it then breaks out of the with block). I assume this is not the intended...

One of my games require this option disabled to display correctly, so I added this in the advanced settings.
