I get the above error when the package is added to an angular 10 project, no other details are provided, the site compiles fine if the package usage is removed

Starting the app in rc.local or .profile didn't work as it requires a display ready, I ended up putting in the Ubuntu Startup Applications, perhaps indicating this is a good...
