If user_token is provided in headers, it shouldn't be copied to params.

This is a good way to accidentally write all your users' auth tokens to your logfiles if you are logging params. I can submit a PR for this soon.

Bug: calling GoodJob.restart in Puma on_worker_boot still starts GoodJob regardless of it being in async mode or not
