Thanks, yes container on the same network works.

18.06.1: starting container failed: failed to get network during CreateEndpoint: network not found

Machine reboot always helps, but that not the solution.

Setting --docker-network option on sam build command has no effect

Can confirm - there is no effect from using `--docker-network host` flag
