Add multi-monitor support.

This patch allows the `now_playing_mpris` javascript callback to get the current play/pause status. It also updates the play/pause toggle icon if changes from an mpris client are made.

What node version is this designed for?

I've been having some problems with version `v0.12.1` distributed in the upstream Arch Linux repos, though `v0.10.38` has had no problems.

All code changes have occurred in the "remotemanager" branch. See [5paceManSpiff/luakit-adblock](https://github.com/5paceManSpiff/luakit-adblock) for an example repo.
