none of these methods worked in latest waydroid so heres what i did if anyone still has this `sudo cat ~/.local/share/waydroid/data/data/com.google.android.gms/shared_prefs/checkin.xml` (previously `Checkin.xml`) look for `androidId` (previously `android_id`)
what terminal is that ? it has to do with not being able to count the columns i cant really get around this because im using neovide
i cant reproduce this in my default kitty so my guess is it's something to do with your terminfo or youre missing ncurses so it cant call `tput cols` maybe...

compiled a static version from the most recent related "fix" (#2904) and still, same issue (this took an 1 hour and 51 minutes off my life 👍)
unsure I think I remember it working at some point? theres github issues regarding armv7l
also i think the vast majority of low end android phones run armv7l i think i remember compiling it on an old phone with armv7l
oh in that case some possibly useful information would be that it's symlinked and has no name extension I don't know if it has to do with formatting
