Not sure what is the best approach here. @dangrous Can you take a look at [this](https://github.com/Expensify/App/pull/37397#issuecomment-1975867520). I am leaning towards modifying `SelectionList` to show items greyed when they are disabled....

So as far as I understand original issue stated that tags were grayed out when they were disabled and categories were not, the objective was to grey out category items...
